²⁵ He ^(A)spoke and set up a ^(B)stormy wind,
Which ^(C)raised up the waves ^[a]of the sea.
²⁶ They went up to the heavens, they went down to the depths;
Their soul ^(D)melted away in the ^[b]calamity.
²⁷ They staggered and ^(E)swayed like a drunken man,
And all their wisdom was swallowed up.
